If your gear doesn't meet your tactical requirements, we are committed to making it right through a streamlined exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Pack your items securely in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free from any signs of field use.

• 3.
  Label and Deploy

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Final Inspection

  Once our warehouse team completes a tactical inspection of your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
